I was first diagnosed with chronic progressive MS in 2005, but started with the symptoms shortly after my daughter was born in 1999. It was a very difficult pregnancy and I do not think a day went by during the 9 months of carrying her that I did not cry.

My daughter was born and she was, as she is now absolutely beautiful, but when she was one day old a disc in my back slipped and I was unable to move for a week. During the following year this happened regularly, I then lost the feelings in my legs and feet. At the time this was diagnosed as a back injury, but I was later to be diagnosed with MS.

After my diagnosis, I was devastated as I loved to run and play sport; I also had 2 young children to look after.

The years that followed were agonisingly difficult, I had very little feeling in my legs and feet but the worst thing of all was the fatigue, it felt like I was sleeping my life away.

My work suffered and I had to change jobs many times. On top of everything I began to experience severe seasonal allergies. I also seemed to catch every germ I came into contact with, from colds and flu to stomach viruses.

I visited MS specialists who told me there was no help available for the type of MS I had, and as you can imagine, I felt like I was being left to die.

Due to very stressful circumstances that followed my MS progressed rapidly. I experienced cognitive difficulty and my right hand was also affected.

During a week of sick absence from work I desperately searched the internet for help, I read that changing my diet could help, I tried this for several months but my symptoms did not improve. I also read that supplements could help, I spent a fortune on vitamins and herbal remedies, but still no improvement. I then came across a gentlemen called John Boulderstone who professed to be able to halt the progression of MS. Out of sheer desperation, I called him and arranged a meeting.

After meeting John, my life started to change. After my first week of treatment my fatigue disappeared and I began to feel alive again. I developed a new understanding of my body and how the MS had started, most importantly how to control it instead of it controlling me.

During the last 3 years I have practised John's technique and incorporated other vitalistic healing techniques into my daily life, leading me to where I am today....... Allergy, Illness and MS FREE. If you would like to no more feel free to contact me at lexie.h@mail.com
